Our prices are competitive, but we are the first to agree
that you may find cheaper. Before choosing on price alone, when inquiring
with other schools, ask a few questions. The cheapest is not always the
best.
How long have you been a driving Instructor?
All of our instructors have several years’ experience
Do you have male and female instructors?
Yes, we do
Will the instructor be local?
Yes. Some driving schools may refer you to an instructor miles away.
Are all your instructors fully qualified?
Yes. Some schools use Trainees, look for a pink license.
Can I have the same car and instructor for all my lessons?
Yes, same car and instructor every week
Are the cars dual controlled?
Yes.
How old are the cars?
Our cars are changed at regular intervals, usually every two years or less.
Do you have an individual pick up service?
Yes, at home, work, or college. We will never use part of your lesson pick
up, or drop off, another pupil
What's your pass rate?
We all have above average pass rates, which we are happy to verify
Do the fees include Theory Materials?
Yes, we loan books and CD ROM's for a small returnable deposit. You just
need a Highway Code
Fees are payable at the end of each lesson, in cash or by
cheque. Theory tuition can be done as part of your driving lesson if you
wish.
Note: Many learners take 1½ hour lessons
in order to reach a test centre area (Letchworth or Stevenage),
practice there and then return home to the villages.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel a lesson, please give 24 hours
notice (see back of appointment card). Lessons cancelled at short notice
will be charged 50% of the booked lesson fee.
